- Are you confident of their reliability, quality, and value?
- Are you comfortable recommending them to your neighbors and friends?
- Would you use their services again?

For subdivision referrals, just ask the people you know or work with if they are active in their homeowner's association. If so, ask if there has been discussion about their communities newsletter, directory, or hoa website, or their communications in general. All we need is a name and a phone number and we'll take it from there.
